Public Notice - Personnel Negotiations

Because collective bargaining has a major impact on district operations, the Board is committed to negotiating in good faith and to providing the public with the information it has a right to know, The district shall keep the public informed regarding district negotiations and provide for public comment as required by law. Before acting on any contract, the Board shall publicly disclose its major provisions, including the costs it would entail for the current and subsequent years.

The Superintendent or designee shall establish administrative regulations to implement the public notice provisions of law related to personnel negotiations.
